Used with pre-manufactured or mortar shower pans with a linear drain. One joist bay is recessed 1” below the top of the floor joists to accommodate the depth of the linear drain body. The rest of the shower pan area is recessed 11/16” which is limited by the height of the floor joists. Joist orientation must be considered since the drain body will always be parallel to the joists. Covers 25 square feet or less – recommended sizes of shower pans are 5′ x 5′ or 4′ x 6′. Brackets are made of 16 gauge galvanized steel. Manufactured in Colorado, USA.
